Founding Director

Before setting up Apollo, Pallab was a Senior Press Officer in Whitehall working to some of the Government's most high profile Ministers. He led media handling on a number of important initiatives including the Government's drive to promote the strengths of London's transport network in the run up to the UK's successful 2012 Olympic bid. He also spearheaded the media campaign to promote the UK's creative industries as well as the opening of the UK's first tranche of wind farms and solar powered buildings.

Pallab has a specialist understanding of international media, honed during his period publicizing Britain's oil and gas expertise accompanying different energy Ministers in Asia, Europe and North America. He travelled state to state across the US and India promoting ‘Brand Britain' with Trade Minister Lord Digby Jones.

Pallab was also the Government's press officer for Prince Andrew, The Duke of York, in his official capacity as Ambassador for Trade and Investment. The role involved providing on the ground media handling support for HRH on international visits from China to Eastern Europe.

Pallab has conducted media training for British Embassy press teams around the world and has written a new guide for future courses.
